An intimate image shared without consent

Polish Index does not allow intimate images of a person to be shared without that person's consent. This includes images that were digitally created or altered to look like someone. If an intimate image of you has been shared without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. When we receive a valid request, we remove the image within 48 hours.

Copyright infringement

If content on Polish Index infringes a copyright you own or control, you can send a formal takedown notice to our designated copyright agent under the DMCA. Email legal@polishindex.app with the details of the work and where it appears.

Something else

For anything else, such as someone using your name or likeness, impersonation, a privacy concern, or harassment or safety, email legal@polishindex.app and tell us what is going on. For general help or a question about your account, email support@polishindex.app.
