Blacklight Nail Polish

Blacklight polish carries a UV-reactive pigment that looks like an ordinary cream or neon in daylight and lights up in bright fluorescent color under a blacklight or UV lamp. It is a different finish from glow in the dark: it never charges, and it does nothing on its own in a dark room. The color shows only while the UV light is on it. A few polishes do both, and those carry both finishes here.
